After 20 years as a magazine designer in Dundee, I started painting and cartooning full time in 1995. My studio overlooks the roofs of the fishermen's huts, towards the waves of Westhaven which is a constant inspiration to me .
Late afternoon, Monday to Friday, after a hard morning's painting I produce a daily topical cartoon for the Scottish Sun.
